The purpose of creating the corporate system
  • Provide Emirates ID services electronically
  • Enable companies to apply for the issuance, renewal and replacement of the Emirates ID of their employees collectively.

  • Facilitate the receipt of Emirates ID cards

Conditions of obtaining the corporate e-form
  • The number of company’s employees shall be 100 or more
  • An official letter addressed to ICA from the company requesting the System
  • Company employee list from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
  • Bring documents or send them via e-mail to Sharjah Customer Happiness Center (Department of Printing Office Management Unit) – Airport Road – Rahmaniya District- Sixth Bridge, Sunday to Thursday from 7 am to 1 pm
Notice
  • There is no subscription fee to grant the corporate e-form system
  • The fees of system usage are (AED 10) per registration transaction
  • A Service providing contract shall be signed and the employees of the contracting company shall be trained to use the system
