H.E. Major General Mansour Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Director-General of Identity at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, visited ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Mussafah, annexed to Preventive Medical Center, and Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa City. He was accompanied by Yousof Al Blooshi, Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Centers Sector, and Ms. Khawla Al Tayer, Director of Strategy and Future Department.
During this visit, Al Dhaheri checked the latest statistics of the two centers, which included the customers’ registration statistics and the number of transactions completed this year.
Al Dhaheri commended the significant roles assumed by the Center’s management and its employees to facilitate the procedures, harness all efforts to overcome challenges, and reduce the time needed to have the customers’ services done. This in turn contributed to improving the customers’ happiness indicator for the centers and the provided services. He further urged everyone to exert more efforts to provide excellent services and facilities to all customers and to adopt positive attitudes when dealing with all categories of customers to reflect the perfect image of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship
