Al Shamsi congratulates the leadership and the people of UAE for the Holy Month.
The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced its official working hours during the Holy month of Ramadan in its Customer Happiness Centers across the State. In the Customer Happiness Centers, which provide the services of nationality and passports, work will start from 9 am to 6 pm, and the same working hours are applicable in the Centers for residency and foreigners’ affairs.
As per the Customer Happiness Centers, which provide the services of identity, work will start from 9 am to 2 pm at the one-shift Centers and offices. These namely include: (1) The identity office of citizenship and residency, the Centers of Al Shahama and Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi; (2) Offices of nationality and residency in Al Hayer, Al Quo’a, Al Yahar, Sweihan, and Mazyad in Al Ain; (3) Zayed City, Al Mirfa, Delma, Liwa, Ghayathi and Al Sila in Al Dhafra Region; (4) Offices of nationality and residency in JAFZA, Hatta, Al Lisaili and AL Baraha in Dubai; (5) Offices of nationality and residency in Al Dhaid in Sharjah; (6) Offices of nationality and residency in Al Rams in Ras Al Khaimah; (7) Dibba Passports in Fujairah; (8) Happiness Centers in Ajman and (9) Umm Al Quwain Headquarters.
ICA also clarified that the work at the Customer Happiness Centers, which provides the services of identity on a two shifts basis, will start during Ramadan at 8 am to 5 pm. These namely include Al Jazeera Club and Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi; Centers of Al Ain, Al Barsha, Al Rashidiya, and Al Karama in Dubai; as well as the main Centers in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
As per the Customer Happiness Centers annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center, work will start at 9 am to 2 pm, in the capital Centers of Mussafah and Al Jazzera club in Abu Dhabi, Zayed City 2 in Al Dhafra, Knowledge Village, the Academic City, and Dubai Healthcare City; Al Hamriya, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al Hisn in Sharjah; Al Qusaidat in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamidiya in Ajman and Al Faseel in Fujairah. Musaffah Center in Abu Dhabi provides its services to customers from 8 am to 1 pm. Al Quoz center in Dubai works from 7 am to 12 pm, while Khalifa Center in Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi works from 8 am to 5 pm.
ICA’s customer happiness centers annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center in Al Ghubaiba and Al Nasserya in Sharjah and Umm Hurair in Dubai, work from 8 am to 5 pm. Muhaisnah Center in Dubai will provide its services to customers from Saturday to Wednesday in two shifts, the first from 7 am to 5 pm and the second from 9 pm to 2 am, and on Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm.
ICA posted the working hours in all its centers and offices during the Holy month of Ramadan on its website (https://www.ica.gov.ae/ar/emirates-id-centers/registration-centers.aspx), and invited its customers to contact it via its 15 communication channels made available to them to receive their comments and inquiries about its services.
