ICA announces its working hours during “Eid Al Fitr” Holiday

Congratulated the Leadership and People of UAE for the Happy Eid:

Centers of Nationality and Foreigners Affairs and Ports provide their services from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm

ICA has announced that its customer happiness centers all over the State, within the Directorates of Nationality and Foreigners Affairs and Ports will provide their services during the Eid holiday, namely on Thursday 14 June and Sunday 17 June. The centers will receive customers and the public from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. However, they will be closed on Friday and Saturday.

ICA has also clarified that all its customer happiness centers, which provide services related to ID cards will be closed during the Eid Holiday, i.e. from Thursday morning until Sunday evening. They will resume work in regular working hours starting from Monday morning, corresponding to 18 June 2018.

ICA stated that its customers can apply for its services related to the population register system, issue, renew or replace the ID card, through the other available communication channels available anywhere and anytime. The most important of these channels is the e-form (My e-form), easily accessible via ICA’s website. Not to mention, ICA’s smart application designed for tablets and mobile phones. It further added that its call center will continue to provide its services, answer customers’ questions, and receive their notes on a 24-hour basis (600530003).

Additionally, customers can access ICA’s interactive services through a multitude of communication channels, especially ICA’s website, its social media pages, and its call center. These are particularly helpful for queries about the ID card application status and the ID card status, being processed by the Emirates Post Group. Customers can access ICA’s website and check the status of their application within seconds by clicking on the “ID Card Status” tab and entering their 21-digit e-form number. As for the ID card status at the Emirates Post Group, it can also be checked via a link available on the website’s home page.

ICA has stated that its customers and the public can obtain addresses and geographical locations of its customer happiness centers and offices across the UAE via “Google Maps”. They can also know the waiting time in each center, the closest one to them and how long will it take to get there via the Service Centers page on ICA’s website (www.ica.gov.ae. If customers have any notes or queries concerning ICA’s services, they are welcomed to contact it through its 15 available communication channels.

H.E. Ali Mohammed bin Hamad Al Shamsi, Chairman of ICA’s Board of Directors, wished a happy Eid to H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, H. E. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the State and Ruler of Dubai, and H.E. Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He also congratulated their Excellencies members of the Federal Supreme Council, Rulers of Emirates, Crown Princes, and Deputy Rulers. Al Shamsi prays to Allah that all of them will have a gracious Eid, grant them well-being, health, and guidance, and bless UAE with even more joy, progress, and prosperity.

H.E. also wished a happy Eid for all UAE citizens and residents, hoping that Allah would bless them with unbound happiness and better health.
