Ismail Fadl Allah, Director of Customer Happiness Centers Department at the General Directorate of Identity, honored a number of distinguished employees at the Customer Happiness Center in Musaffah in recognition of their dedication to work and their efforts, which contributed to making customers happy and providing them with the best services.
This honoring marks ICA’s keenness on motivating and encouraging distinguished employees to work hard to promote the quality of services provided to the customers.
Fadl Allah presented the certificates of appreciation to the honored employees, who in turn expressed their thanks to ICA for its keenness on honoring its distinguished employees. This would motivate them to work dedicatedly and hard and would motivate them to diligence and commitment to providing the best.
During the visit to the Center, Fadl Allah motivated all employees to continue working with team spirit, promoting innovation spirit, doubling effort, working hard, and showing positive energy in order to promote the services to make customers happy and satisfied.
