Ajman Customer Happiness Center Organizes Initiative about Innovation

ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ajman organized a workshop on innovation for its employees in order to consolidate this culture and inform them of ICA’s initiatives in this field.

The female employee Amani Al Nuaimi presented, during the initiative, which was supervised by Uhood Al Suwaidi, Director of the Center, a presentation on innovation, its definition and the importance of establishing it in the employees, the matter which contributes to the improvement of job performance in the entities and supports the process of development and excellence in it.

Safia Al Yassi, supervisor of the Center, reviewed some forms of the innovative solutions adopted by ICA in solving the problems faced by the customers in order to ensure the provision of upscale services to them and enhance their levels of satisfaction, while the attendants participated in the introduction of innovative ideas on solving the frequent problems of customers.
